Warranty
Hard Unit offers a 365-day warranty on all our products, within 365 days from purchase date and will either credit, replace, or refund the faulty or defective product.
The warranty covers all manufacturing faults and defects.
It does not cover wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, accident, or failure to follow instructions. Please note any modifications made to the product will void the warranty.
Your Consumer Guarantee Rights
In addition to the Hard Unit warranty set out above, you may have other rights as our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. We will work collaboratively with you to find a solution that meets your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and/or this Warranty.
