Suitable for tubeless tyre repairs only
12 Piece Kit Includes:
3x 100mm Strings
5x 150mm Strings
Rasp Tool
Insert Tool
Rubber Cement
Small Knife
Instructions:
- Locate puncture and remove object (nail or screw, etc).
- Insert probe or rasp into the punctured area to clean out.
- Apply rubber cement and work into injured area, working up and down until the tool moves easily.
- Place tyre seal string into the eye of the needle end of the insertion tool.
- The needle should be half way along the string.
- Coat the centre half of the string repair with cement.
- Push the insertion tool with string attached into the injury, do not over insert.
- Leave approx. 20 to 25mm of the string exposed.
- Turn handle 1/4 turn and slowly pull the tool out carefully.
- Check for leaks using soapy water.
- If it still leaks, repeat above steps with 1 additional string.
- Use a knife to cut away the excess exposed tyre string level with tyre tread.
- The tyre is now ready for use if no more leaks present.
- The repair string will quickly vulcanize automatically and become a permanent part of the tyre.
DO NOT USE MORE THAN 2 PLUGS TO REPAIR A HOLE, USE A PROFESSIONAL TYRE REPAIRER.

Vapour from glue is harmful, wear a mask when using.
