Product Overview
Hard Unit Cold Patches and Glue Kits
Each cold patch consists of a semi-vulcanized layer and vulcanized reinforced layer.
Cold patches are heat resistant and can be used for repairing punctures of inner tyres of bikes, motorcycles, ride-on lawnmowers and ATV's
Directions:
- Locate puncture and remove object.
- Clean and buff injured area to 2mm over the diameter of the cold patch.
- Apply a thin coat of glue to the buffed area and let dry.
- Remove foil backing from patch, DO NOT PUT GLUE ON PATCH OR TOUCH THE PREPARED SURFACE.
- Apply cold patch to tube applying pressure.
- Work from the centre of the patch outward, press out all air from under the patch.
- Keep pressure on patch repair for a couple of minutes.
